Title: Acapulco Turkey Roll

Yield: 4 Servings

4ozLean ground turkey
1 1/2tsChili powder
1lgGarlic clove, minced
2tbSalsa (see recipe Seafood
  Quesidilla and Salsa)
  Salt and Pepper to taste
4smWhole wheat tortillas
1/4cDiet mayonnaise
2cSteamed broccoli flowerettes
4ozShredded low-fat mozzerella
  Or otherr low-fat cheese
  Extra salsa

1. In small bowl thoroughly combine turkey, chili powder, garlic and salsa.

2. In medium non-stick skillet stir turkey mixture over medium heat until cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cool.

3. Spread tortillas with diet mayonnaise.

4. Divide turkey, broccoli and cheese over tortillas. Top with extra salsa and roll up to enclose filling. Cut roll in half diagonally.
